About Julie

Julie Jerbic is our General Manager and heads the Help Desk Team. Julie’s attention to detail is impeccable and she takes great pride in making sure every conference registration setup is a total success for both the delegate and the conference convener. Julie specialises in academic and association conferences, with complex abstract programs.

Val has a background of management in law practices and travel agencies. She brings to the company her extensive experience of over 40 years in corporate management, the MICE, tourism and travel industries, conference management and the application of e-commerce enabled technology to business.

About Samantha

Samantha brings with her over 10 years’ experience in managing conferences and events. After completing her diploma of Events Management in London, she returned to Australia and began working on the Gold Coast with some iconic companies including SkyPoint and RSPCA.

Craig has over 25 years of involvement in management within the hospitality, conference and event industry, in both Australia and overseas. Craig’s diverse range of experience provide him with a high level of expertise in all areas of organising and running events. His knowledge of hotel and venue operations is invaluable to our clients.

Joshua who has lived and worked in China has vast experience in Wireless Union Systems, Storage Management Systems, Geographic Information Systems and Web Base Data Systems. Joshua now lives in Australia with his young family and has become a vital part of the continued development of Conference Online’s technology.

Erin has worked in the hospitality industry for ten years. Erin’s organisational skills are second-to-none and she is extremely passionate about managing conferences.

Michael has over 30 years experience in the technology industry, the last 25 years providing consulting services to the travel and conference industries. Michael has held senior management positions with travel and technology organisations in Australia and overseas and has been involved with the growth of one of Australia's leading Corporate Travel Management Companies since 2002.

Jock acts in the capacity of in-house legal Counsel. He is an Australian Lawyer with 30 years general legal practice experience including that of Senior Partner of a large non metropolitan Australian Legal Firm. Jock has travelled extensively throughout the world and now devotes most of his working time to Conference Online.
